You will be taken through a full consultation to assess your complaint and advised which treatment best suits your needs. The advised therapy route will be based on what will give you the most optimum results. The rest of your booking time will be used for treatment.

If you aren’t suffering with a particular injury but feeling like your body is aching and exercise is taking it toll? This treatment is designed to give your muscular system some maintenance to keep it ticking over nicely. Relieve the strain and have you ready to move well and feel great doing it.

SPORTS MASSAGE

Sports massage is a form of soft tissue therapy used to treat the body’s muscles, ligaments and tendons with the aim to reduce muscular pain, increase range of motion around the joints and improve flexibility.

MEDICAL ACUPUNCTURE

Sometimes referred to as ‘dry needling’ medical acupuncture involves a process where needles are inserted through the skin into the muscle consequently improving muscular function, flexibility and a reduction in pain around the area.

DRY CUPPING

Dry cupping therapy the cups are placed on several areas either statically or are glided around the area creating a vacuum therefore lifting the soft tissue. This increases local blood circulation and delivers more oxygen and nutrients to enhance healing.

HEADACHE / MIGRAINE TREATMENT

A specific tailored treatment for the neck and head to treat tension headaches and migraines. Using medical acupuncture the pressure can be released out of the neck to relieve headaches.

Mother and Baby

POST-NATAL / PELVIC FLOOR

Post-Pregnancy exercise can begin as soon as you need, and is open to ANYONE no matter how long ago you were pregnant. We will work on our breathing, learning pelvic floor activation, repairing the core connection and integrating all of these techniques into functional exercise so your everyday activities are worry and pain free! These sessions are also open to anyone wanting to work on their pelvic floor.

Stretching on a Mat

121 PILATES

Pilates movement is a great way to train with an injury. Mat Pilates is very low impact, and all exercises are adaptable to your ability or injury. Pilates focuses on building strength and tone, increasing flexibility, and improving balance and posture. All exercise comes from the core and we work on our breath to get a greater awareness of our body and using it as a whole unit for optimal movement! 

Stretches

FLEXIBILITY / MOBILITY COACHING

A private 1-2-1 mobility and flexibility coaching session. This can generic or for a specific area (e.g improving shoulder mobility, improving lower body flexibility etc). Before the session you will be contacted for a short consultation so your session can be planned specifically for you. All sessions will be written up for you to repeat at home. As standard all sessions are in clinic but alternatively they can be virtual via zoom.
