If you aren’t suffering with a particular injury but feeling like your body is aching and exercise is taking it toll? This treatment is designed to give your muscular system some maintenance to keep it ticking over nicely. Relieve the strain and have you ready to move well and feel great doing it.

Sports massage is a form of soft tissue therapy used to treat the body’s muscles, ligaments and tendons with the aim to reduce muscular pain, increase range of motion around the joints and improve flexibility.
Sometimes referred to as ‘dry needling’ medical acupuncture involves a process where needles are inserted through the skin into the muscle consequently improving muscular function, flexibility and a reduction in pain around the area.
Dry cupping therapy the cups are placed on several areas either statically or are glided around the area creating a vacuum therefore lifting the soft tissue. This increases local blood circulation and delivers more oxygen and nutrients to enhance healing.
