Lack of movement through the ankle? Burning or warming sensation? Pain through the calf? The Achilles’ tendon running down the back of the ankle is a common area to flare up and cause pain and lack of ankle flexibility in runners, walkers and endurance athletes. Simple deep tissue around the area can relieve tension and reduce pain. - Don’t train over pain! It won’t get better by itself!
